GETTING FAMILIAR WITH THE CONCEPT:
First, we get to know each other and we join on an online meeting to give you an introduction to the concept. We get you familiar with our process and answer any questions you might have. This first step includes local market research and a financial model we tailor based on our first meeting. UNLOCK YOUR SUCCESS:
Once you’re ready we’ll sign a franchise agreement and the excitement begins! We’ll guide you through the listing of potential locations and support you through the entire process of finding the best place for Cluville. Once you have a few potential locations, our architect visits you on-site, checks and measures the space.
DESIGN PHASE:
Once you find a suitable location and negotiate the lease, we move on to the space configuration layout, construction drawings, and graphic design tailored to your space. Along with that, we prepare the website and marketing design to announce the opening to the public.
CONSTRUCTION:
Next is the fit-out period, which includes hard construction and soft construction, obtaining all necessary permits to operate the business, and installing the game props once the space is ready.
SHOWTIME:
We guide you through this last phase operationally and with proven marketing strategies. Get the buzz going with PR and ensure your team’s success with comprehensive staff training. Just a few more balloons, and you’re all set to start your Cluville franchise business!

We are a group of professionals experienced in Project Management, Marketing, and Sales, all dedicated to helping our franchise partners succeed while bringing joy to kids and families worldwide.
Bright was founded in 2016 and started as a master franchisor of the Museum of Illusions concept, helping develop and franchise it in more than 10 cities in the US and the Middle East. In 2019, we introduced Cluville – Kids Escape Room franchise concept and opened the first one in Podgorica, Montenegro. While opening Museum of Illusions, we continued with Cluville development which is now ready to grow globally. Our Cluville franchise locations have gained local recognition, and we are proud to have welcomed more than 200,000 returning visitors to our Cluville locations since their grand openings.
